CREO is an NYC-headquartered 501(c)3 public charity with a mission to mobilize and catalyze high-impact capital to drive the necessary transition to a low-carbon, sustainable, and prosperous future for all. We facilitate investment in climate solutions and sustainability by helping our membership community of family offices, foundations and operating companies, and our large asset owner partners to build knowledge and confidence via shared insights, research, and programming that focuses on the question of 'how' to invest in climate solutions and the decarbonization transition.

The ICM Mosaic Fellowship, a highly selective program for high performing, first-year graduate students to build venture capital skills with a member fund of Impact Capital Managers. Energy Foundry focuses on early-stage, clean-tech VC. As part of the role:• Identified investment opportunities by performing deep-dives into start-ups, technologies and business models across the clean-tech space, presenting findings to MDs• Attended pitch events, met with entrepreneurs, founders and other venture funds to build deal flow pipeline• Assisted in due diligence work and performed exit strategy analysis to ensure strong fund performance

Built expertise in climate and sustainability through a range of impactful initiatives, including co-leading the BCG ANZ Green Team to design and implement internal sustainability initiatives, and helping clients and partners tackle sustainability challenges. Projects included:• Led the development of the BCG and World Wildlife Fund (WWF) report, “Plastics Revolution to reality - A roadmap to halve Australia’s single-use plastic litter" (August 2020), which was used by the Australian Government in the National Plastics Plan 2021 • Externship with WWF following the devastating 2019-2020 Australian bushfires: Supported the WWF Australian Wildlife and Nature Recovery Fund by developing the strategic investment framework, using geospatial analysis and environmental modeling to prioritize initiatives, and facilitating collaboration across senior WWF members and stakeholders to optimize the allocation of the AUD$50M fundOther areas of experience include project management, financial and technical analyses, business model transformation, stakeholder management, and strategy design and implementation, across various industries, including consumer goods, financial institutions, public sector, and industrial goods.

• Accountable for the comprehensive planning and efficient management of day-to-day operations on offshore natural gas projects where operational costs exceeded $1M USD per day• Ensured safe and efficient operations by integrating expertise across specialists from 20+ different companies• Awarded the Chevron Human Energy Award for Creating Measurable Value for contributing to the success of the Wheatstone $45B natural gas project
