Dr. Seth Black is the Chief Medical Officer at AZ MED CENTER and has seen hundreds of patients for fibromyalgia and other chronic pain conditions. Dr. Black received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Arizona State University and Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine. Prior to attending medical school Dr. Black worked at Banner Desert Medical Center and Tempe St. Luke’s Hospital from 1998 to 2002. While at Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine, Dr. Black assisted in teaching physiology, anatomy, physical manipulation and neuroanatomy. Dr. Black has presented to various fibromyalgia support groups within Phoenix, including multiple speaking engagements at Verde Valley Medical Center in Cottonwood, AZ. In addition, Dr. Black has presented numerous times on radio concerning fibromyalgia and chronic pain.
