After an asset purchase was completed in 2014, Fizzy serves as an umbrella for several creative endeavors, consulting, and passive income stream projects to date.

Launched a data-driven marketing services and web products firm that helps clients attract, engage, and delight customers. Fizzy provided tailored inbound marketing plans, website design, branding, content strategy and creation, search engine optimization (SEO), and analytics implementation. Our team of eight also built and launched our own products based on the insights we gain in serving our clients. Our client base and assets were purchased in 2014, and I retain ownership of the LLC.

The Invention Science Fund (ISF) focuses on enabling breakthrough technologies—through Invention Sessions, licensing, joint ventures and startups—in areas such as metamaterials, biomedical technologies, energy, communications, the IoT, etc.I manage the ISF Incubator pipeline from idea to startup formation and exit. In this capacity I oversee the overarching pipeline, and I am involved in specific spinouts. I have a thorough knowledge of the deal lifecycle, including tactical, strategic, financial, and legal considerations. I orchestrate timely closes and ensure all the relevant pieces are present and accounted for. I concurrently manage the data team and take responsibility for all data across the organization.When I joined ISF, I helped drive the operational and strategic shift from license-based innovation to incubator-style innovation. I implemented new cloud-based systems, a custom Salesforce instance, and built out robust reporting and business intelligence capabilities at the Fund.
