𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝Leads a team of Test Engineers and Test Technicians to support the New Product Development, Sustaining, and Manufacturing Teams at CenTrak. The Test Team is also responsible for creating and maintaining special QC hardware and software for the QC Team as well as all NIST Certification processes. Creates standard protocols for testing all CenTrak products for both the Test Team as well as the QC Team. 𝑁𝑒𝑤 𝑃𝑟𝑜𝑑𝑢𝑐𝑡 𝐷𝑒𝑣𝑒𝑙𝑜𝑝𝑚𝑒𝑛𝑡 𝑆𝑢𝑝𝑝𝑜𝑟𝑡Works with hardware and software engineers on creating the test procedure for new products under active development. This involves design validation testing, functional testing, system level testing, manufacturing line testing development. 𝑆𝑢𝑠𝑡𝑎𝑖𝑛𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑇𝑒𝑎𝑚 𝑆𝑢𝑝𝑝𝑜𝑟𝑡Works with hardware and software engineers to support all existing CenTrak products. This involves supporting functional test, system level tests, creating and implementing integration testing procedures, manufacturing testing, and RMA's.

• Leads a small team of Test Technicians to validate CenTrak Environmental Monitoring hardware and software. This involves the following: - Creating detailed test plans for performing integration testing, regression testing, and new hardware development testing here in the Newtown office. - Creating detailed test plans for testing the CenTrak RTLS System in regards to the Environmental Monitoring product line. - Leading the team to perform all necessary testing to support CenTrak products. • Creates standard test protocols for the CenTrak Environmental Monitoring QC Team in Newtown PA. - Creating QC test procedures. - Building and maintaining hardware necessary to support the QC process. - Working with our Fulfillment Team, Supply Chain, Product Management team to ensure the QC Team has what they need to succeed. • Supports the CenTrak manufacturing team: - Creates detailed documentation to support the assembly process for CenTrak Environmental Monitoring Products. - Creating detailed test plans for functional testing and system testing of Environmental Monitoring products for our manufacturing plant. • Provide technical support for CenTrak employees, both offsite and on location.• Mentor’s new hires throughout the Engineering department. • Leads the design, documentation and testing of various software and hardware tools to support our QC process, and all NIST Certification process. - This involves working with Engineers to create a TRD of the tools required. - Creating mockup user interface of the tool as well as detailed documentation to describe how the software will function. - Test and validate the software upon release. - Design and assemble all necessary hardware required to support the software tools. • Works with development engineers during the new product development phase to ensure the team is meeting its goals. • Creates beta test plans and supports/leads the onsite beta process.

• Design Verification Testing – Creates and executes detailed test plans for electronic circuits to ensure adherence to design requirements and specifications. • Creates standard test protocols for our QC team here in Newtown as well as our Manufacturing team. • Develop and execute Integration Testing plans to support our new server releases and firmware releases for new and existing products. • Provides technical support for CenTrak employees, both offsite and on site. • Create documents to support our development of assembly and test processes for production, including procedures for Functional and System Testing. • Lead the design, documentation, testing of various software and hardware tools to support test and NIST certification processes. • Works with engineers to help develop new products. • Creates beta test plans and supports/leads the on site beta process.

• Assemble various circuit boards that are to be used as high voltage switches using soldering irons and solder reflow ovens. • Testing high voltage switches and modules up to 24kV using oscilloscopes, pulse generators, power supplies, and specialized test equipment. • Quality control by visually inspecting the product to IPC 610 standards.• Worked with engineering to troubleshoot hardware when an issue arises or when a new product is under development. • Used epoxy and a vacuum chamber daily to cover the hardware to prevent electrical arching.
