-Focus on business management including: Business Unit performance monitor and analysis; balance and P&L reporting; liquidity policy implementation; Annual Operating Plan; Operating Expense monitoring and control and branch performance tracking;-To develop and maintain group management accounting systems in providing timely operating performance and profitability reports at various dimensions;-Interpret, formulae and execute the transfer pricing policy established by ALCO in the management accounting system for correct calculation, reporting and presentation of the financial performance by business units;-To ensure successful completion of annual operating plan, rolling forecast and exercise operating expense budgetary control;

-Monthly reporting package and consumer banking business review reports covering highlights and performance review of all product lines;-Monthly rate / volume variance analysis by product line and customer segmentation;-Weekly and monthly consumer banking performance analysis by branch and sub-branch;-Daily tracking of consumer banking loans and deposits to ensure the bank fully complies with the CBRC regulations on the balance sheet;-Consolidation and overall review of annual financial and business planning and monthly rolling forecast;-Prepare ad-hoc management reports.

Managed Function: Budget, US GAAP reporting and Management ReportingMajor Responsibilities-Responsible for annual financial planning and monthly rolling forecast;-Review monthly reporting package and corporate business review reports to Group HQ and Country management covering highlights and performance review of all major departments; Coordinate with major departments to assist management reporting;-Review monthly financial analysis by line of distribution channels and products;-Review board meeting reports and ad-hoc management reports.

-Prepare MIS and financial analysis reports to the management and AEGON Group Headquarters;-Prepare all financial reporting packages to CIRC Beijing and Shanghai as well as other insurance regulatory institutions;-Process and consolidate budget for Shanghai and branch offices.

-Responsible for the financial management of head office and all branch offices, including control of costs, expenses, financing, and inventory;-Analyze the financial situation of head office and subsidiaries periodically and raise opinions and recommendations, if necessary, to improve the control systems;-Monitor the monetary and funding activities of branch offices, including bank loans and guarantee management to improve the effectiveness of fund usage;-Review financial budget and analyze the difference between budget and actual result;-Maintain a registry of key products by analyzing their respective monthly sales revenue and gross margin ratio.

-To be responsible for the audit of overall B/S, P/L and coaching assistants for completion;-Analyze clients’ financial situation and make appropriate recommendations;-Identify potential weaknesses in clients’ financial management and risk control systems, if any, and make improvement recommendations;-Able to work independently under pressure;-Maintain good relationship with clients;-Understand clients’ business.
