The primary role of the Liaison Officer is to support the Executive Director, Office of Climate Change and Development in his role as the Executive Director, Office of Climate Change and Development to liaise with all Divisional heads, key Line Departments, and relevant stakeholders. The Liaison Officer is required to:• Work closely with Senior Managers in the OCCD to ensure regular and timely reports to the Executive Director OCCD with regard to progress on implementing their work program and any critical financial or human resources issues;• Manage day to day communications between the office of the Executive Director of the OCCD;• Maintain a paper and electronic filing system for all communications between the OCCD and other relevant Agencies, in particular the Chief Secretary’s Office and the Department of Personnel Management.• Liaise closely with other relevant agencies, in particular the Chief Secretary’s Office and the Department of Personnel Management and other key stakeholders.• Any other duties as required by the Executive Director, OCCD.
