As a Senior Manager Creative Services at Mohawk Industries, I lead specialty retail display design for the Flooring North America Division as well as lead the technical design department in the creation of merchandising and sales enablement collateral. I was promoted to this role after two years as Senior Manager of Visual Merchandising where I successfully developed and implemented merchandising strategies that showcase the quality and variety of Mohawk's flooring products and enhance the customer experience.My core competencies include fixture design, sample card layouts, graphics, project management, vendor selection and management, and cross-functional leadership. I have a passion for team building, improving workflow and processes, and growing brands through visual merchandising and presentation. I also have a background in theatre, which gives me a unique perspective and flair for creating engaging and compelling stories through visual elements.
