Process shipments and properly submits invoices for payment.▪ Accurately operate POS system, and manage a variety of transactions, such as credit cards, discounts, insurance and coupons.▪ Billing, including procedure and diagnosis (ICD9 & CPT) coding, disputing claims, and handling revolving accounts.▪ Manage in store promotions with appropriate staff communications, graphics, and point of purchase materials.

▪ Explain all required paperwork, tests, products and services as well as the appropriate time frame.▪ Show patience and courtesy to indecisive or difficult customers and patients.▪ Manage appointment book/scheduling procedures.▪ Handle and file all patient records in an organized and efficient manner in accordance with HIPPA.
