I’m driven to create and expand client-centered relationships.Currently, I am an account manager at beMatrix USA. Here I’m able to build and amplify client relations by ensuring clients feel understood, well-informed and supported. As an account manger, I’ve taken on responsibilities to create standard operating procedures within the scope of my role and helped to test new developments in our ERP and CRM. I feel lucky to be able to have an impact on the client experience both directly with the clients and behind the scenes with process development.Before BeMatrix, I graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelors in sociology and political science. While in school, I directed a team within the organization, TEDxUF. Here I was able to hone in on my communication and writing skills, and my leadership capabilities.
