As a Candidate Intelligence, my role revolves around providing support to both external clients and various departments within the Iberia region (Spain and Portugal) by providing them with data and data analysis.One of my key tasks involves generating reports using Power BI to address recurring queries efficiently. This includes compiling, organizinig and presenting data in a visually appealing and comprehensible manner.Additionaly, I am responsible for automating processes to streamline manual tasks within the office, improving productivity and efficiency. This involves identifying areas where automation can be applied effectively and developing solutions to implement them.Additionally, some of my tasks includes conducting data searches and web scrapping to obtain a large volume of relevant data for various requests, projects and analyses. This entails employing various tools and techniques to extract pertinent information from online sources, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the data collect.Overall, my role entails leveraging data-driven insights and technological solutions to support decision-making processes and optimize operational efficiency within the organization across the Iberian region.
