OUTCOME DELIVERED:Launch of a new app for Talent to access short and long-term opportunities in the public and private sectors 24/7.On this contract for my client, I was brought in to aid the design and delivery of a programme to transform their end-to-end Talent (Candidate) Experience. Specifically, I was assigned two projects within the 5-project programme; one looking to enhance the scheduling of high-volume, temporary workforce, and the other to improve their customer-facing technology for their onboarding, compliance and other middle office processes. Included holistic management of the project, change management strategy and working with suppliers on requirements and IT teams on Salesforce integration.

OUTCOME DELIVERED:> A Change Adoption approach developed for UK & I organisation> Change & Adoption team created and developed> Identification of opportunities to streamline an extensive tech stack through review of user adoption, product comparison user testing and crossover functionality.I was promoted into this new role for the company, to work with IT, Digital and Transformation colleagues in the UK and Northern Europe. My mission was to establish an approach to the adoption of technology, identify current user adoption of our tech stack and to increase usage of products and features to maximise ROI.In addition, I had ownership of several change and transformation projects ranging from Target Operating Model design, continuous improvement, technology implementations, business case development, HR, and business culture initiatives.This also included leading and developing a team of Change, Project, and Product Success Managers to deliver activities.

OUTCOME DELIVERED:> Established tiered PMO Steering Committee structure for all programmes and projects running across multiple brands and shared, central functions in UK&I Group.Brought in to establish Finance, IT, Digital, Transformation, Client Implementation and other internal projects taking place across the UK & Ireland business, and provide an 'air-traffic control' view of activities happening across the company to the Executive Board.

In this exciting and varied role, I utilised Lean Six Sigma, Change Management and Project Management methodologies to support the business in improving the performance of people and processes. My work had an impact on the operational performance of our business and that of our clients, most importantly creating positive changes in the culture to aid colleagues to see, and be able to act upon, improvements that put the user experience at the forefront of changes.Included Lean consultancy work for our broad range of national and multi-national clients including Amazon, Xerox, PepsiCo, Mars, and Encirc.I also worked in an active advisor capacity on best practices with my colleagues across the globe to develop our go-to-market products and services for our clients.
