As a Installation Specialist/Broadband Technician we work both inside and outside the home and are responsible for the installation and customer experience of the new Broadband integrated digital TV, high speed Internet and voice services. Through Fusion/ Mechanical splicing of Fiber Optic cable and converting our signal to the proper wiring for every home, we are able to provide an excellent experience and service to each and everyone of our customers.

As a Installation Technician Contracted by Comcast/XFINITY, I Installed wireless security/alarm, entertainment and networking equipment through existing wiring infrastructures or new wiring on the inside and outside of commercial/residential buildings. Detected and resolved technical issues all while working as a team to ensure that every customer received the best service and results.

Development of collection strategies including collection portfolio segmentation, dialer and contact strategy to improve operation efficiency and mitigate credit losses. Development of payment programs to tailor customer needs and their ability to pay, improve the effectiveness of treatments offered to customers. Development of recovery strategies to rehabilitate defaulted loans, develop recovery forecast model for financial planning. Establish effective strategy performance tracking to ensure expected strategies results, and if needed make policy changes in a timely manner.Knowledgeable about collection processes and systems infrastructure in order to identify risk and implement strategies within servicing system limits. Communicate effectively with collections operations and systems teams to ensure collections strategies and tests are being deployed appropriately. Ability to work under own initiative in a high-pressure environment while maintaining focus on key business drivers.Understanding of accounting and legal parameters with collection practices (e.g. Bankruptcy, deferment, forbearance).

Provided Customers with technical support and training for Xactware/Xactimate software, over phone and chat. With the ability to remotely access the customers computers we are able to provide all customers with quality service and training.
