I am student at Georgia State University who is currently enrolled in the Robinson College of Business. I am studying for my bachelor’s in marketing and plan to graduate in 2024. I am very interested in the marketing and advertising field because I love to show people why a product is amazing to me and so that they can develop the same passion I have for said product. I have a couple of interesting skills that would help including:1. Hardworking, which I gained this through the vigorous training for sports in high school and when attempting to maintain and improve my grades also during high school.2. Adaptability, which I gained through mainly by playing soccer because I always had to have been on my feet and ready to adapt to anything that could happen in the matter of mere moments.3. Observant, which I developed at a young age due to me always keeping eyes on my surrounding and the people to see what they were always up too.I think that these skills will be quite useful in the marketing and advertising field because you must be able to read people and change whenever the time calls for it. I think this would work well for my goal in life too which is to become the lead Marketing manager for Nike. Many people would say that my goal needs to be “more realistic” but higher ambitions make you work harder for what you want if you have it with conviction. Due to the pursuit of my high goal, I will put in ten times the work that others are willing to put in so I can reach these goals.Along with my skills of hard work, adaptability, observational skills, and high goals I also am proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft PowerPoint. This means that I excel at making presentations and many other things that can be helpful for selling products.With my goal at working for Nike I would be great for that due to my love of shoes, fashion, and sports. Due to this I feel in love with Nike at a young age and ever since then wanted to be apart of them whether in sports or to sell shoes. Then, later in high school I feel in love with the idea of selling what I enjoy which caused me to pursue Nike and want to lead the to show the world how great the product is.
