Blaine McManus is an entertainment industry professional living and working between Los Angeles and Louisiana for the past 25 years. His experience includes writing and packaging sitcoms and reality television, production designing and art directing numerous films, commercials, television specials, and music videos, and producing feature films and television shows. In 1997 McManus founded Trace Entertainment, a film and television production design company servicing clients such as Pacific Bell, Nissan and Gatorade, as well as music videos for The Backstreet Boys, Snoop Dogg, Master P. In 2000 McManus expanded Trace Entertainment to a service production company with a focus on feature films and television. McManus has produced feature films, garnering several nominations and awards on festival circuits. McManus produced “Laugh at L.A.,” a stand-up comedy and sketch comedy television show starring Todd Bridges, Christopher “Kid” Reid (Kid n Play), and Mad TV’s Debra Wilson. McManus co-produced the Lionsgate action film, “Blood Out”, starring Val Kilmer and Fifty Cent. In 2011, McManus released “Fathers of the Sport” starring Dr. J, a documentary chronicling the history of street basketball’s unsung legends and heroes which was nominated for best documentary feature at the Pan African Film Festival. Also from McManus is “Bad Guys,” a Reservoir Dogs-type action thriller starring Latin sensation Kate De Castillo and MMA world champion Quinton “Rampage” Jackson, which swept top award honors at the Beverly Hills Film Festival including Best Feature Film. 2011 marked the release of “The Zombie Farm,” a horror / comedy filmed in two languages and starring some of the Spanish film market’s hottest stars. In 2015 McManus joined International Growth Capital (IGC), an international consulting firm affiliated with the Hollywood Regional Center providing comprehensive foreign investment, management, and immigration consulting services for businesses, regional centers, and investor candidates. McManus was responsible for client/project development, world marketing tours and organizing educational seminars on EB-5, E-2, L-1 and other visa-based investment project options. McManus was instrumental in organizing, executing and attending international marketing tours in Asia and South America. In 2019, McManus joined Record Plant Recording Studio as Creative Director and also launched Sectre Holdings, LLC, dedicated to strategic growth-industry business investments. McManus currently resides in Santa Monica, California with his wife and dog Peeti.
