I am committed to developing creative, socially responsible, and sustainable solutions to the environmental challenges faced by industry—seeking to bridge the gap between the natural world and the built environment.My experience includes:• Comprehensive Data Management and Analysis: - Managed over 1,600 information requests for a major project, navigating up to seven rounds of communication through Excel. - Interpreted material throughput datasets to generate material flow analyses using STAN software for construction projects. - Conducted comparative Life Cycle Assessments with GaBi software.• Field Program Coordination: - Successfully coordinated field programs in the Canadian Arctic, overcoming challenges such as severe weather and limited access to efficiently gather baseline data.• Regulatory Compliance: - Contributed to environmental and socio-economic assessments for projects in British Columbia, Nunavut, and Alberta.I am passionate about challenging conventional views on waste and advocating for a paradigm shift towards seeing all materials as valuable resources. My academic research has focused on diverting construction materials from waste through inter-industry collaboration (industrial symbiosis).I am deeply grateful to live and work in Treaty 7 and Métis District 5 and 6 territories, the traditional meeting place of the Blackfoot and the people of the Treaty 7 region in Southern Alberta. This includes the Siksika, Piikani, Kainai, Tsuut’ina, and Stoney Nakoda First Nations. I honor and acknowledge those who have stewarded this land before us and those who continue to uphold these sacred traditions.
