➢ Establish maintenance performing a variety of functional test and mechanical operations on one or moreaircraft models involving determination of malfunctions and required disassembly, rework, repair,replacement, reassembly or adjustment of various multi-engine aircraft systems to prepare the aircraftmechanically for flight test and delivery to customer➢ Inspect work being performed and accomplished by mechanics and technicians at various stages ofproduction and completion➢ Perform other tasks, for example, cleaning aircraft using approved materials, methods, and equipment, andloads and secures ballast and/or freight as required➢ Responsible for Aircraft Engine and Electronic/Avionics troubleshooting and repairing➢ Perform repairs on components detached from the aircraft, for example, flaps, ailerons, elevators, rudders,doors, and leading edges➢ Perform complex repairs at on-site and off-site locations➢ Support aircraft manufacturing of prototype and flight test aircraft at off-site locations➢ Support production aircraft under Production Certificate System➢ Monitor production areas to ensure observance of established policies and procedures including ToolControl, Foreign Object Damage Prevention, along with general housekeeping and safety standards➢ Perform inspection, make adjustment and repair, replace components, and correct any malfunction ordeficiency with and without power applied to the aircraft➢ Access and re-install aircraft components, which obstruct the performance of assigned tasks➢ Perform basic mechanical and electrical removals and installations➢ Document work performed per Inspection Procedures Manual (IPM)➢ Perform with maintenance and progressions of policies and procedures affecting FAA, EASA, and QualityManagement Systems➢ Meet the Company’s goals in relation to safety, quality, and timely delivery of products
