Lead, manage and schedule seven-person team to deliver 24/7 converged voice, video, and data network communications support to senior civilian and military leaders. Evaluate and provide feedback on proposed network changes and equipment configurations, seeking clarification from the Air Mobility Command as necessary. Diagnose and rectify any disruptions to secure digital voice communications during airborne operations. Offer guidance and mentorship to team members by assigning tasks, offering training opportunities, and providing constructive feedback on performance. Conduct recruitment and selection processes, review resumes, conduct interviews and make recommendations for the hiring of new personnel to fill open positions within the team. Ensure that the EACN work area adheres to all TEMPEST standards and regulations. Build standardized work center operating instructions to ensure consistent and efficient performance. Review and document DoDD 8570 compliance to track progress towards compliance. Submit and complete all monthly reports in timely and accurate manner
