- Delivering instructional techniques in accordance with WHS legislation and standards- Managing and guiding a class of up to 30 individuals, ranging from beginner to experienced, through a range of exercises. - Providing nutritional help and other advice to an exemplary standard- Building customer rapport and maintaining relationships- Facilitating membership sales - Providing a level of marketing of the brand

- Overseeing and assisting trainers in the running and operating of classes- Aiding in the development and training of employees - Organising marketing and promotional activities, including development of social media platforms- maintaining operational activities - back office & on floor- Updating and scheduling rosters- Membership sign- ups, tracking and general inquiries/ discussion - General studio upkeep

- Overseeing and maintaining a safe work site - Acting in accordance with WHS legislation and standards - Interacting with customers in a friendly, approachable and informative way - Delivering services in an organised and timely fashion so as to allow the event to stay on time - Applying a range of problem solving abilities to the work place

- Monitoring stock levels and preparing displays in a manner to increase sales and profit margins- Engaging customers and providing a high level of service - Understanding and completing modules that cover the topics of 'Appropriate Workplace Behavior' and 'Acceptable Use of Information Systems'. - Acting in accordance to WHS legislation and standards
