Lakewood Landing, a premier senior care community offering services for independent living, assisted living, basic care, and memory care. We are located at 4401 21st St. SE. in Mandan, North Dakota. Our facility is comprised of 30 one and two-bedroom independent and assisted living apartments with connected heated garages. Additional 38 units are for basic and memory care. We are beautifully situated facing a bay of water with a two story atrium used as a commons area and can be reserved for special events. All apartments come with either a private patio or balcony.We provide senior housing, personal care, and health care services, as well as á la carte care services for independent living, with customized advance care services for assisted living and basic care. Services include 24-hour care, nurses on site, medication administration, assistance for activities of daily living, housekeeping, and a host of activities designed to enhance the lifestyle and well-being of the residents. Residents and guests enjoy our walking path, patio and inspiring views facing the water on a spacious property spanning approximately 3 acres.

Oversee the day to day operations of a twenty bed program/facility serving brain-injured or physically disabled individuals. The program offers physical, occupational, and speech therapies, cognitive retraining, independent living skills training, social services, activities, and dietary services, and is staffed 24 hours per day by professional nursing staff. Residents must be screened for nursing care and demonstrate the potential and desire to develop a more independent lifestyle. The program is transitional in nature, meaning that it lasts anywhere from 6 to 24 months, customized to the individual needs of the resident. Also oversee the day to day operations of a 10 bed basic care facility, Dakota Pointe, in Mandan, ND serving individuals with ABI's.

-Assume responsibility for programs and projects, at the direction of the service center management team, through the analysis, implementation and evaluation phases. May directly manage/coordinate such projects after implementation or may delegate that responsibility to other persons as appropriate. - Oversee a team of 45 individuals, including 3 supervisors- Perform data analysis and develop summaries and/or recommendations on programs and projects for the service center management team. - Build and administer a business plan to meet or exceed goals. - Coordinate resources (financial, capital, human, etc.) to ensure that programs and projects have sufficient means to meet/exceed expectations. - Analyzes daily, weekly, and monthly statistical reports and make appropriate recommendations/forecasts regarding call volume and staff schedules. - Provide accurate and pertinent data to Director/Vice President for use in strategic and tactical planning. - Maintain a positive work environment and structure that supports self-directed teams and optimizes the experience, skills, knowledge and capability of the team
