Job Description:Service, repair, calibrate, and conduct preventative maintenance(PM) on medical equipment. Manage the PM schedule for our clients in the Northwest LA and Texarkana area.Experience and Responsibilities:• Perform preventative maintenance, testing, calibration, and repairs of medical equipment at various hospitals and clinical sites• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with equipment• Evaluate equipment for safety, efficiency, and effectiveness • Instruct clients and clinical staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment• Maintain and update an inventory database• Responsible for accurate documentation of all work performed to ensure compliance with Joint Commission regulations• Prepare technical reports, publications, and proposals for various healthcare facilities • Attend workshops and seminars to enhance customer service relations and continue career growth• Work closely with company owner in solicitation of new contracts and clients

• Provided technical support for Learning Management Systems (LMS) as a system administrator • Mentored and trained faculty to utilize instructional technology equipment• Facilitated video conferences and trained others to do the same• Assisted faculty and staff by taking support calls, troubleshooting LMS problems, and creating solutions• Ensured faculty satisfaction by establishing and maintaining faculty relationships• Conducted individual training and assisted with group training for faculty needing face to face assistance using LMS • Helped to maintain and update technology equipment and software in classrooms
