I have spent my year career focused in the field of finance, beginning in New York City on Wall Street with Goldman Sachs and then with Lebenthal & Company. I worked in the areas of Asset Management, Private Equity and Money Management (now known as Private Wealth). I continued my career in Dallas and spent the next 10 years working in finance pertaining to real estate and commercial banking. I worked with the companies Henry S. Miller Commercial, Wells Fargo, First Horizon, Access Capital & Shelter Mortgage (Guaranty Bank). I have worked in finance on a residential and commercial level over the last decade specializing in client relations. He focused on residential finance on a sales/purchase side coupled with refinances. I also worked on urban development projects during the condominium boom and directly with investor groups and individuals. I worked on commercial finance projects for groups and individuals nationally and internationally during this time. In the commercial field I have worked on retail, office, industrial, hospitality and investment portfolios providing financing for senior debt, mezzanine and private equity. I am a Dallasite born into a sales family of entrepreneurs in the hospitality industry. My family has owned and operated over 125 restaurants based primarily in Texas and around the nation. I worked at a young age in the restaurant industry learning customer service and sales which helped build my foundation. I am a graduate of The Hotchkiss School in Lakeville, Connecticut and also The University of Texas at Austin where I received a BA degree in Economics and Finance. I also had a designation of Business Studies with a minor in Spanish and International Business.
