As the Talent Manager, I'm responsible for all recruitment initiatives and processes as it pertains to building and sustaining diversity, quality and strategy within multiple talent pipelines. Additionally, I'm responsible for creating and implementing enhanced and robust processes, sourcing techniques, tools & assessments, vendor management, affirmative action, employment branding and community partnerships.
