To create Purchase orders for rentals through vendors and send to home office to accourns payable. To scan in daily attendance sheets, equipment check sheets , and temperature check sheets into the P drive daily. To make sure all paperwork goes to the home office through UPS packaging on Monday of each week . To enter weekly payroll into the system as well as per diem for the prior weeks work for each employee. To receive and sign for packages that come to the jobsite, this includes material and letter packages. To make sure that the drawing list is updated as needed and posted in the administration building along with changing out the revised drawings in the field each update .

To sort checks for field personnel. as well as answer any questions or give information to employees concerning payroll, address change , or per diem . to create and issue badges to new hires, as well as deactivate badges for employees who we're laid off, terminated, or quit the job site.

to reconcile credit cards ,bank statements and enter payroll for employees as well as enter bills or pay bills on quick books account to print checks weekly for employees and send them to the home office for dispensing on Thursdays.
