The " start-up" nature of this new Leatherman business makes both entrepreneurial developments through to the APD engineering team and flexible Marketing strategy a priority.

Staff Industrial Designer working with the safety products team. The team was responsible for the design and development of gates and barriers and electronic monitoring products.

Innovation Designer consulting with Texas Instruments (first DLP projector engine), David Athen Williams (Wallace-Fiskars geared lopper) and the Limited Co (Victoria's Secret merchandizing).

Full-time lead instructor responsible for course development, classroom delivery and student assessment at this tertiary industrial design program. Courses included all four academic years and all industrial design skill levels. Developed curriculum as part of a transition from Polytechnic diploma to University degree program.

Corporate staff industrial designer working with Digital Systems Group in Austin and Process Automation Center in Dallas. Also worked through the TI Corporate Design Center as a consultant to the Educational Products Division in Dallas.
