My Duties Include:- Manage a team of draughties, prioritising work flow.- Checking plans to ensure quality and build-ability.- Liaise with 6 different consulting engineers.- Problem Solving- Investigating future development for the design team and the Calder Stewart divisions.

Duties included:- Documentation of large commercial and industrial buildings, e.g. Fonterra Drystore (Darfield), Alpine Deer Group Hangar (Wanaka), HWR Truck Village (Invercargill) etc.- Documentation of precast panels (Shop Drawings).- Documentation of presentation drawings for pricing and client approval.- Provide peer reviewing of drawings for fellow members in the design team

Duties included:- All round structural draughting and detailing.- Construction monitoring.- Creating budgets and short form agreements.- On-site surveying i.e. taking levels, etc.Some of the jobs included:- Documentation of media tower for Outdoor Stadium Trust (Rugby Park), Invercargill.- Documentation of all bridges and structures for the “Around the Mountains Cycle Trail” project, Southland.- Documentation of Clutha Recreation Centre, $5M multisport indoor facility, Balclutha.- Documentation of small road realignment & industrial container storage yard, Port Otago.- Documentation of Luna Bar Restaurant & Bar, Roslyn, Dunedin.- Documentation of Lower Hawea suspension bridge.- Documentation of John Pawson Bridge, steel truss bridge, Cardrona River.- Involved in load testing bridges on South Coast Walkway, Southland.- Documentation of numerous industrial and commercial buildings.- Documentation of numerous residential projects.- Documentation of numerous outdoor visitor structures including suspension bridges, traffical bridges, viewing platforms, etc.- Documentation of numerous agricultural buildings including Herringbone, Rotary dairy sheds and wintering shelters.

- All round architectural draughting and detailing.- Specialised in 3-dimensional presentation and rendering.- Building and delivery of new computers.- Fixing of computers brought in by clients.- Selling of all Autodesk software packages.During 2004 - 2006 I was contracted to the ‘Otago Regional Correctional Facility’, where I was the Document Control Manager, managing Aconex, a secure online document management & project management software. I was also the onsite CAD/IT ‘go-to guy’.
