"What's that?" That is what I want to hear....High Performance Facades should not be left to chance.Thank you for dropping by. I welcome inspiring conversations with Architects, Builders and Owners; collaborations for innovative, aesthetic, sustainable, construct-able, affordable and proven façades and building systems. The process of getting into the design intent, the alternatives, leading to the detailing, the specification and documentation, finally getting to the building process is WHY I am here. Recently, an Architect and I discussed his design on a whiteboard, HE said ‘that was an inspiring meeting’. That was WHY I am here. I have always put myself in the client’s shoes. It’s not good enough to just listen, pick the best product you have and pitch it. First, anyone can do that. Second, they can do that by looking on the web. Third it’s just not fun. I also bring some very interesting skills, perspectives, contacts and experiences from big tech in very, very steep growth curves. Lastly, thank you to all those who have helped me along the way. Many, many people have assisted. I seek to help those who come to me with their pursuits. Let’s chat about your aspirations: architecture, designs, buildings, façades. The IP, first being METALOQ, is a virtual design tool to integrate design, manufacturing and assembly (DfMA) for participants in the modular industry. METALOQ is a kit frame, manufactured by a steel fabricator based on the design of VMIN and shipped knocked down. A Modular Manufacturer assembles the frame and fits it out.
