Anderson Center for Healthcare Excellence at Cincinnati Children's which supports improvement work across the hospital and partners with community members outside the walls of the hospital to improve the lives of children. With the Anderson Center vision ‘to be the catalyst for improving child health’, the Q&T Analytics team supports projects primarily in patient/family & employee experience, safety, flow, productivity, and clinical outcomes. Through many different roles within the Q&T Analytics team, Blair’s primary work has focused on improving outcomes for children with chronic and complex conditions. Leveraging data to be able to answer “How will we know that a change is an improvement?” is at the heart of every project.
