Blair Dickhoner is a Shareholder at White Bear Ankele Tanaka & Waldron, PC where he represents special districts and real estate developers. He works closely with elected boards on a wide range of issues that include policy decisions, personnel and board matters, constitutional issues, contracts, construction law, public finance matters and election laws.Blair has experience in mortgage and underwriting review and received his master’s degree in urban and regional planning from the University of Colorado and holds a Colorado real estate license. During law school, Blair worked for the U.S. Department of Justice in the Civil Rights Division and the National Association of Homebuilders in Washington, D.C. He was also a member of his school's environmental law moot court team and an editor of the CommLaw Conspectus: Journal of Communications Law and Policy.
