As a travel claims examiner for Aon, I worked with Expedia travel insurance claims during the COVID-19 pandemic. I worked with AIG and Aon systems to examine, deny, and pay travel claims as well as request and analyze customer information. In this role, I was required to learn and adjust quickly to new and changing policies and apply them. I was also responsible for handling sensitive company and customer information and responsibly handle claim payments.
