Blair Erickson is a technologist and creative director whose work spans entertainment fields from film, television, video games, interactive virtual worlds, to online video experiences. He wrote and directed the Netflix thriller "Banshee Chapter," the first feature film in history released in a virtual reality format. His other film work includes producer and editor on the NY Times Critic Pick documentary "The Standbys" and the TriBeCa VR documentary "Kanju."As the Creative Director of the interactive agency Millions of Us he created interactive experiences and live-action narratives for clients like Google, Nike, Fox, Warner Bros, DreamWorks, and Playstation in virtual worlds and social communities. Writing and directing an alternate reality live-action thriller online for Fox's "Terminator" series, creating several 3-D virtual worlds for Sony's Playstation Home, and directing a comic live-action video experience for DreamWork's "Monsters vs. Aliens." His campaign for WWE nominated for a Webby and won the LACP Spotlight award for a first-of-its-kind campaign bringing a World Wrestling Entertainment invasion into the world Gaia Online. It's still written about as a business case study in books like "Changing the Game." Before his stint at Millions of Us, Blair worked in film and television production both for new and traditional media. He has created popular viral videos for YouTube. He also worked writing and producing television episodes for the SciFi, Discovery Channel, E! Entertainment Television, and the TV Guide Network.
