I took clients vitals signs to ensure proper medication administration. For clients that had diabetes, I checked their blood glucose levels and than administrated the correct amount of insulin before meals. Before the client's went to sleep, I prepared and administered their evening medications.

I taking vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, respiratory rate, temperatures, O2 Stats and monitored the pain level of clients. I also helped prepare and administer medications. I transported patients throughout the building to attend therapy sessions and activities that were occurring in the facility.
