To date there have been no fatalities in sites utilizing these protocols.*Additionally, Provided case management for 100+ clients. *Built productive relationships with three levels of government contributing to altering federal, provincial and municipal laws, regulations and policy. *Deliver persuasive presentations to government, healthcare providers, law enforcement and front line workers to overcome innate bias. Ngamiland has the highest prevalence of HIV in the world.Challenge: Build a communicative organization to support and train the 56 HIV/AIDS service organizations to cooperatively work together and deliver quality client care.Solution: Developed a 370 point capacity assessment that informed where training needs most needed, and consistently delivered training that enhanced members' ability to serve their clientele. Creativity, clear communications and flexibility were required to meet the needs of this diverse group.Results: The success of the NCONGO model resulted in the USAID changing its methodology of funding HIV/AIDS services in all of Southern Africa and the NCONGO model has been subject of numerous best practice white papers.*Additionally, worked with 56 NGO leaders to establish effective management policies and coached leadership in organizations.*Advised The Office of The President on HIV/AIDS climate in Botswana.*Acquired in excess of $25 USD in funding through 5 separate proposals.
