Raised $42M in 2019, by leading a cross-functional team of 15 that engages more than 400 campuses, 300,000 students, and 170 children’s hospitals, and ranked in the P2P Professional Forum Top 30 Fundraising Programs in the U.S. • Developed strategy for recruitment, training, engagement, stewardship, and assessment of participants and volunteers, resulting in a 70% activation rate in new national campaigns in 2020.• Led, from ideation to execution, major annual national campaigns including Child Health Day and Dance Marathon Leadership Conference. Child Health Day raised $658k and 8k participants were recruited in 24 hours, yielding 16% fundraising growth year-over-year. Dance Marathon Leadership Conference pivoted to a virtual format in 2020 and engaged 3k attendees, yielding a 234% increase in registration year-over year.• Generated leads for collaboration with programs and partners across 170 hospitals and with external corporate and non-profit partners, including Children’s Hospital Association and Be The Match. As a result, trained 3k student leaders on advocacy principles, why children need healthcare policy advocates, and how to be an advocate for kids and children’s hospitals.• Managed national partnerships with Ace Hardware Corp, Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores, Coca-Cola, Aflac Insurance Co., Delta Air Lines, and Panda Express through relationship management. Secured $2.2M in monetary corporate sponsorships between 2016 and 2020.• Five years of partner survey reports indicate that 100% of consumer sentiment surrounding these cause partnerships has been positive, with over 90% of participants reporting awareness of each partnership and over 80% consistently reporting a positive change in perception of and loyalty to the partner.
