Genesis AEC is a full service design, build, commissioning and validation firm that supports a variety of industries, primarily life sciences. We can take an idea to a concept, through programming, full design, construction, commissioning and validation (if required). We can be a one-stop-shop for these turnkey services or we can split these services up in any way needed by our clients to support their project team.I personally head up our Commissioning, Qualification and Validation (CQV) services at Genesis. My career started in the Building Automation Systems (BAS) industry where I learned all about controls and operations of HVAC systems supporting large pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities, R&D facilities, mission critical, and central plants. I developed skillsets in hands-on installation, troubleshooting, personnel management, contracts management, project management and effective communication practices. I further developed these skillsets at Genesis AEC starting in 2005. Since then, I've been part of the exciting growth at Genesis, not just in head count, but in the array of services that we can provide. At Genesis, we support our clients in our turnkey projects as well as in a true 3rd party CQV role. Our CQV department is supported by many subject matter experts (SMEs) in various areas of expertise such as Building Automation Systems, HVAC, Electrical, Clean Utilities, Temperature Mapping, Laboratory Equipment, Compliance and Process Equipment.Our services range from commissioning of small infrastructure upgrades, to full building commissioning of renovations, expansions and greenfield facilities. We support LEED certification, Green Globes certification and facilities that regulated by the FDA (cGMP facilities/utilities/equipment). Our CQV services can support clients with full CQV of cGMP facilities, cleanrooms, R&D facilities, mission critical facilities, healthcare facilities, process equipment, and laboratory equipment.Genesis can also provide staff augmentation services to support your staffing needs should you require temporary or full-time staffing to support ongoing validation or quality needs.We have partners that we work with that provide ISO-14644 cleanroom certification, BSC and Hood certification, airflow visualization (smoke studies), calibration and laboratory services (micro testing).Genesis AEC can support your CQV needs to take a facility from design through construction to full scale operation and anything in-between.
