Blair Knippel is a creative strategist focused on establishing the solid business foundations necessary to bring new technologies and ideas to the marketplace. His expertise in capital raising, operations, financial modelling, strategy, and human capital development spans across multiple sectors and industries.Since 2015, Blair's career and skillset were focused on global opportunities within the growing demand for plant-based foods and ingredients. He is currently working on two large projects with global implications. The first is as Senior Vice President, Finance for Inside Out LLC which is seeking to bring the global vision of Suzy Amis Cameron to the food, fashion and education communities. The second is as a General Partner of a new investment fund - Canadian Plant Protein Fund - which is seeking to raise capital to provide opportunities for plant-based ingredient companies seeking to establish operations to address the future of food.Blair also currently serves as CEO and Chairman of Synergyne ART Analytics Inc., a healthcare innovation company from which the innovative Matris™ endometrial evaluation technology evolved. From the beginning, Blair has played an instrumental role in strategic management, as well as sourcing and acquisition — both critical functions that have directly contributed to the success and momentum of Synergyne ART Analytics Inc. Blair believes that every business can thrive and compete effectively if it has the right hands at the helm of its management. He has mastered the art and science of strategic management and leadership, responsible for the notable successes achieved in the various organizations he works with. Serving multiple roles, Blair is also the Chief Financial Officer for the Canadian operations of a US-based family office and a Senior Advisor to Ingredion (via its operations in Saskatchewan), one of the world's largest ingredient manufacturers.Previously, Blair worked with Deloitte LLP for 27 years and left public practice as a Tax Partner in 2015 where he specialized in assisting Canadian and foreign companies expand their businesses into various countries with a primary focus on technology, research and commercialization opportunities. Blair's newest role is with Arctic Shelf Inc., a start-up bringing employees safely back to the work-space in a post-COVID-19 world. He was also involved with the first spin-out from the Canadian Light Source bringing a new method of cancer diagnostic and treatment to the global stage using a non-nuclear alternative to providing radioactive isotopes.
