The through-line of my career is rooted in cultivating meaningful human connection in an increasingly disconnected world. The core responsibility of all my roles are to connect people and serve as the catalyst for magic and create innovative experiences that foster engagement and build community. For the last year, I had the opportunity to sit in a executive role at Powder Mountain alongside Reed Hastings, to bring my 15+ years of fostering connection, cultural strategy, entrepreneurship and vision to reimagine and architect the future of their membership experience and community. All of these experiences further solidify my understanding that at the end of the day, through all the noise, all we are looking for is to truly connect.
