CurrentRepresent Company in Labor Relations and facilitate grievance resolution processInvestigate, resolve, and track employee complaints and work-related issues associated with Workplace Relations, Health & Safety, Breach of Trust, and Job Performance concerns;Advise and assist Management in interpreting and applying HR related procedures, Company policies, and appropriate provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement and Employment Standards;Conduct internal and external recruitment and selection of hourly and salaried positionsEnsure plant is in compliance with applicable legislation and corporate HR standards;Create, administer, and present employee orientation, HR informational sessions, and Safety reviews to stakeholders.
