- Taught and implemented Paul Mitchell the Schools Global Makeup Certification Program (100 hours).- Creating and writing a new 600 hour Makeup Certification Program.

Managed and developed the Estee Lauder Global Pro Makeup Team across 16 countries, as well as regional and national makeup artistry teams in EMEA, APAC, and LATAM representing 60+ staff. Served as the point person and creative consultant for global brand communication, PR, product education, special events, makeup marketing, creative operations, product development, and brand innovation departments. Worked closely with the creative, digital, and product teams on development of integrated media campaigns and future franchise concepts. Co-developed educational materials for over 12,000 beauty advisors and rotators focusing on makeup application, brand formulas, and seasonal style and color trends. Created and delivered training content for global makeup artists in APAC, EMEA, and LATAM. Assembled a Global Makeup Artist Council of experts to provide feedback on future product concepts, and leverage regional expertise around market trends and application techniques. Additionally served as the key spokesperson and lead artist for global and national press events, new product launches, media campaigns, red carpet and runway events, including an appearance on QVC. As an artist, worked closely with celebrity spokesmodels and talent including Kendall Jenner, Hilary Rhoda, Joan Smalls, Liu Wen, Constance Jablonski, Carolyn Murphy, Irene Kim, Clinton Kelly, Martha Stewart, Elizabeth Hurley, and Aerin Lauder.

Part of a team of artists involved in global communications and PR, makeup marketing, product development, education initiatives, and special events – including print and television assignments. Consulted with the product development team on new product testing and launch. Worked with regional and international markets to deliver educational training and new makeup styles to beauty advisors, artists, and freelancers in the US, Europe, and APAC. Executed creative programs for Estee Lauder scent launches, and coordinated special events and celebrity appearances with luxury retailers and major department stores (Saks, Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf, Bloomingdales, Harrods, Harvey Nichols). Appointed as the key makeup artist for an on-counter makeup tutorial DVD set that received global distribution and awards recognition. Continually exceeded individual counter and special event sales goals for four consecutive years.

Primary assistant to the Creative Makeup Director and premiere makeup artist for runway, photo and video shoots, red carpet events, and media launches throughout the US. Expanded responsibility to include international press events and makeup training initiatives on a global scale upon promotion in 2008.

Supported the newly formed National Makeup Artistry team with regional in-store events. Promoted into a national role with increased oversight of domestic press and promotional projects. Traveled nationally to major retailers including Macy’s, Saks, Dillard’s, Nordstrom, and Bloomingdales to represent the brand as one of 15 National Makeup Artists in the US. Trained and supported in-store staff on new products, educational tools, and sales strategies.
