Midas Financial offers executive financial coaching and business credit restoration for entrepreneurs and business owners. I work one-on-one with clients to determine their financial goals and increase access to capital in both the debt and equity markets. I also help to prepare them for using that capital wisely, in a way that will grow their business and make a greater economic impact on the community. In essence, it is a role similar to that of economic gardeners, now becoming popular in local communities as an adjunct to their economic development activities. Our stable of products include: All types of CRE loans, bridge loans, merger and acquisition loans, hard money loans, accounts receivable loans, working capital, purchase order financing, biz loans, lines of credit, SBA packaging, equipment leasing, MCA’s, stock/security loans, factoring, and angel/private equity capital. Midas created loan/card stacking way back in 2004, and we are still the leaders in the industry today.I also LOVE working with entrepreneurs and small biz owners that have challenged credit! Our credit restoration program is the very best in the industry. Our 120 removal success rate is over 75%. That includes hard to remove Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcies. Our proprietary interpretation of various consumer protection laws allows us to remove anything from a credit report. Many times, in 30 days or less! We've successfully completed over 37,000 credit restorations in the last 17+ years. All the while, maintaining an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. I am truly passionate about teaching business owners and entrepreneurs the value of establishing and maintaining great personal and business credit, and the nuances of how to impact the “scores.”

Although I chose to stay at home with my daughter when she was young, I wasn’t content to just sit at home. So I started a meet-up group for other moms to pool resources and engage in coordinated activities. Within a few months, we were over 100 moms with multiple activities each week. The majority of our activities were social in nature, such as mom’s night out, play dates at the park, and Christmas cookie exchanges; however, the real result was creating and managing a supportive community to encourage, engage and activate neighbors and people with a major commonality: love of family first. As such, we also coordinated charitable events such as car washes and concerts to raise money for members of the community who had special needs such as catastrophic medical bills. One family had over one million dollars in medical bills for their daughter who has had multiple brain complications. ♦ I eventually turned the group over to other organizers when I took the Marketing and Sales Director role with Midas Financial.

I could sell any product; what I needed was to quickly develop the skills necessary to recognize and address the needs of clients in order to provide them with a total solution rather than a one-off product sale.♦ I was consistently at the top of the rakings. I applied for and was accepted to the company’s prestigious strategic sales and management training program offered only to select top producers.

This was my first position post college and provided a solid training ground of the value of building relationships to advance in your career and to be successful in negotiations. Blessed with a couple of mentors (including my tenured superior, Richard Anderson) I was quickly successful and promoted to Associate Buyer within months of starting.
