-Responsible for full life cycle recruitment for executive levels at LifePoint (CEO, COO, CFO, CNO)-Source and recruit potential Executive candidates, both at the Health Support Center and at LifePoint hospitals.-Plan, schedule, and assist with smooth completion of new employee and executive level orientations.-Mentor and coach Recruiting team on LifePoint standards and recruiting best practices

-Responsible for recruiting open positions and managing the selection process at the Health Support Center in Brentwood, TN. -Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing needs to support LifePoint-Manage entire recruiting lifecycle in compliance with LifePoint standards to include but not limited to: position acquisition, sourcing and advertising position, Applicant Tracking System activity, resume screening, interviewing, feedback management, hiring recommendations, offer presentation and negotiation, and internal transfer process.-Partner with individual hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs
