A former student at the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg, Blair Wilkinson completed her degree in criminal justice in 2012. An avid jewelry maker and artist, Blair Wilkinson has recently served as a sales professional at the Art & Frame Gallery of Greensburg, where she advised clients on art purchases and related inquiries. She is an active member in her local community, having served as a volunteer with the aviary at Wildlife Works, Inc., in Youngwood, Pennsylvania, and through St. Richard's Church of nearby Gibsonia.Blair Wilkinson now commands a diverse professional background in criminology as well. During her studies toward her undergraduate degree, Ms. Wilkinson accepted an internship at the District Attorney's Office of the Westmoreland County Courthouse, where she observed and studied all aspects of the arrest, trial, and conviction processes. Responsible for processing and filing documents as well as following detectives on interview visits, she gained a working knowledge of investigation techniques for both violent and white-collar crimes. This practical experience, in conjunction with coursework and research into a comprehensive range of criminology topics, including drug investigations and public policy, has thoroughly prepared Blair Wilkinson to serve in the criminal justice field.
