Blair is a real estate professional with over 25 years of progressive experience in construction, real estate planning and development, and strategic asset management. Since joining Orlando Corporation in 2004, Blair has managed land approvals for more than 7 million square feet of industrial and commercial properties, including the redevelopment of a 220 acre brownfield subdivision. Blair is also responsible for managing acquisitions of land and buildings which align with the strategic long-term goals of the organization. These transactions have included greenfield lands meeting Orlando's short and long-term needs, brownfield redevelopment sites as well as income producing assets which complement the existing portfolio. In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Blair has been involved in other industry affairs. He was an active member of the Board of Directors BILD and on its Executive Committee as an Executive-At-Large. Blair is a Professional Engineer and has earned an MBA from the Schulich School of Business.
