Blaise has planned and designed a variety of project types, often gravitating toward the technically focused work of research and development, healthcare and industrial projects. His skill set is built from experience on complex and challenging projects which enables Blaise to contribute his design expertise across a multitude of project types.Blaise’s expertise in the construction field has fostered a hands-on style to design and project management. His characteristic project approach is in part due to vast experience teaming with contractors in design/build relationships and working within multi-disciplinary design teams. Practicing in Bend, Oregon since 1999, Blaise has developed strong local relationships with planning, building and fire officials, working directly with local agencies on institutional and development projects.
