Strengths show what kind of person someone is and what they are good at, some of mine include multitasking, interpersonal skills, outgoing and talkative, conflict resolution, cooperative, and understanding. These skills help me fit into whatever scene I find myself a part of. There are many roles on a team and I find that depending on what is needed I can fulfil each of those roles, for example being the leader I have led many teams in my past work experience and also have been a great follower by listening to those ahead of me and doing the tasks that are asked of me. Whenever a problem arises the skills that come up to face the issue are interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, and cooperative. Each of those skills includes being able to communicate and work things out that make the environment easier to work in for everyone. The most successful project that I have worked on would have to be when I worked on traffic control for a large project in Cleveland TN. There were many times when drivers were angry and unaware of the situation in which as a traffic control member I would have to control people to keep everyone safe including the drivers. The most fulfilling team role I have held is the job I have now, I am a community assistant and I get the opportunity to talk to all different kinds of people and get to interact with people who I would never get to meet before. These experiences give me the chance to showcase my values that are closest to myself. Friendship, loyalty, learning, understanding, and authenticity are the five core values of mine that show themselves everyday in my interactions.
