Recent project work included: -Build up and sustain project staff and workforce HSE competences through coaching, mentoring and field supervision -Facilitation and development of CEO workshops and engagements -Development and delivery Work-site Hazard Management materials, Goal Zero Induction and Site Orientation  -Development of safety material and Permit to Work process -Track and Report leading and lagging Key Performance Indicators  -Development of HSE reports for internal and external stakeholders -Assist in reporting and investigating HSE incidents within the Carmon Creek Project to identify and seek agreement with the underlying causes -Co-developed corrective actions to eliminate the underlying causes of incident and weak signals and develop learning material to build competence and where necessary, create mindset shifts
