Welcome to my little slice of the internet. 👨✈️ As a proud Marine Corps Veteran, I had the honor of leading America's bravest Sons and Daughters for seven stellar years. I transitioned out in Sept '23.🔬 Before I donned the uniform, I was deep in the trenches of the University of Washington's Lab of Longevity, dissecting the mysteries of aging one yeast cell at a time. My arsenal? Excel, genetics, and a microscope sharp enough to spot the fountain of youth.🤖 Fast forward to today, I'm at the helm of LangLabs, where we're looking to build cool LLM/Computer Vision solutions for health sciences and biotech. From zero to hero, we're scripting the future of AI automation, educating the masses on YouTube, and consulting businesses one-on-one to catapult them into the AI stratosphere.🧬 But wait, there's more! I'm meshing my longevity science smarts with cutting-edge AI engineering to launch longevity.so, a startup destined to outlive the pyramids. We're talking LLMs, RAGs, Agents, and Computer Vision – if these are just alphabet soup to you, fear not! I speak fluent human too.💻 I'm a full-stack software sage, bending NextJS, Python, and FastAPI to my will, with a dash of pytorch for that extra sizzle. And when I'm not building SaaS, I'm spinning three.js into digital gold.✨ I'm on a mission to support #veterans, amp up #longevity, kindle #entrepreneurship, and catapult #artificialintelligence into the stratosphere. My belief? These are the Infinity Stones of innovation – together, they're unstoppable.🤝 Fancy a chat about AI, longevity, or the meaning of life? Slide into my DMs or connect right here. I'm all about sharing ideas and a good laugh. Let's join forces to push the veil of ignorance back and the frontier of knowledge forward 💫

Longevity Research AssistantUniversity Of Washington Department Of Laboratory Medicine And Pathology Jun 2014 - Jul 2017Seattle, Washington, United StatesAs a research assistant for the Kaeberlein Lab, I had the opportunity to work on exciting projects that explored the biology of aging. My specific role was to work on the yeast and worm projects, where I helped test and identify experimental treatments that could potentially extend health lifespan in humans. My responsibilities included preparing growth substrate, performing dissections of mother and daughter yeast and worm organisms, collecting, organizing, and analyzing data, and contributing to a large team ultimately looking to address the number one risk factor for all disease: aging.Working on these projects gave me an opportunity to develop my research and lab skills. I learned how to properly handle experimental subjects and growth media, how to collect and analyze data, and how to work effectively as part of a team. Moreover, contributing to research aimed at extending the healthy lifespan of organisms is a valuable experience that has far-reaching implications. By understanding the underlying mechanisms of aging, we can potentially develop interventions that not only extend health lifespan but also reduce the incidence of age-related diseases.Overall, my time as an undergraduate research assistant for the Kaeberlein Lab provided me with a unique and enriching experience that helped me develop valuable skills and contribute to meaningful research in the field of aging biology.
