As Section Manager at Kenworth Truck Company, my responsibilities include assisting production management in determining staffing to meet truck hour objectives. Assigned work to salaried managers to meet production schedules and goals with Safety, Quality, and Operating Efficiency. I also initiated, approve personnel actions including promotions, transfers, disciplinary measures, etc.in accordance of the company policies and procedures.
