I am currently responsible for driving Heterogeneous Network and Network Evolution Business Development and Operational Readiness within the Ericsson Mobile Broadband group. In this role I am working with many of the region’s leading service providers in developing and reinventing the way how small cells are deployed, in planning and preparing for radio network transformation, and in recreating and refocusing business models in order to enhanced revenue.Major Highlights and Sales:• Regional Driver for Heterogeneous Network (Hetnet) business pursuits and delivery development and readiness. This includes design, installation, and integration services as well as product trials, marketing, strategy, and Business Tool development for TCO analysis. • Driving Hetnet sales opportunities with the major regional operators. Sales funnel of over $150M over the next three years.• Supporting sale of the Olympic venue coverage. Estimated $150M project.• Driving regional delivery and supply readiness, transformation.

I am involved in all aspects of business development activities for Ericsson’s Wi-Fi and broadband solutions. The offerings include Ericsson, 3PP (Third Party Products) electronics and materials, and services).Major Highlights:• Wi-Fi and Hetnet Converged Core and Access Solutions• Small Cells, Wi-Fi, and DAS Business Case• Prime Integration• Fiber to the Curb (FTTC) and Fiber to the Node (FTTN).• ADSL2+ PTM Bonding CPE• Strategic Planning

I managed satellite ground stations as a civilian contractor for the Defense Mapping Agency. The ground stations tracked Navy navigation satellites for orbital updates and provided geodesic mapping data. I worked in Itlay, South Africa and Brazil
