Working with many business owners on these needs made for a natural transition into the employee benefits arena by 1986.Blaise has established himself as one of the founding partners of Arizona Benefit Consultants, a top employee benefits consulting and brokerage firm. Among the many other aspects of healthcare such as plan design, fully insured vs. self funded, etc., Blaise serves his clients through education and guidance in the ever changing healthcare world, helping them navigate such challenges as the Affordable Care Act.
