Constructing the 4,200 seat Entertainment and Sports Arena for the WNBA's Washington Mystics and NBA's Washington Wizards

Managed key features of construction on a $1.2 billion arena, including projection controls and key structural trades.Constructed, completed and closed out a $7 million office building interior fit-out, including high-end finishes, management of multiple stakeholders, and significantly enhancing the project fee.Managed the design, procurement and construction of a military energy and utility project, including 2 new, duel-fuel (co-generation) primary power plants and 7 new secondary steam plants, as well as demolition of the existing coal-fired power plant. Scope included developing the 35% bridging design documents, upgrades to power distribution system, underground and overhead utilities (wet and dry) and major earthwork operations.Facilitated the close-out of a $6 million, 12-story fit out of a commercial office building, including highly advanced security systems and challenging ownership and financial structures.Constructed a $800 million hospital: 600,000 sq ft of New Construction, including specialty procedure rooms, laboratories, administrative space, etc., as well as 12,000 sq ft of interior Renovations.Managed the construction of two laboratories, from design management and preconstruction, to estimating and purchasing, operations, and close-out.

Liaison between the Project Management/Operations team, the Designers and the Owner.Managed the design development process of this design-build project. Worked closely with the Owner, end-users, designers and operations team before and throughout construction to ensure that the final product met or exceeded functional expectations.Managed the project's web-based project management program, including site setup, administration, troubleshooting, and managing access, controls and permissions.
